Do white braces turn yellow. The ceramic brackets themselves resist picking up color from food or drink but the bonding glue and the rubber bands that connect the braces will turn color if you re not careful. In most cases ceramic braces are equal to metal braces. This may get exaggerated by the presence of yellowing agents in food.

Patients who generally choose to get clear brackets are generally older patients ranging from teenagers to adults.
