If so replace the bulb.

The parts touch each other but might here and there be.
The latest led bulbs can get very hot and that noise is usually the ceramic base heating up.
Is the base for the led bulb ceramic.
They usually will make a little pop as you turn them on or just after the don t keep popping.
That noise you hear is weathering not settling.
Some bulbs mention on their packaging that they are designed to work well with dimmers.

The bulb consists of an assemblage of parts made from different materials metal glass plastic that have differing coefficients of thermal expansion.

1 the popping noise can either be caused by loose wires or a faulty splice inside the box.
