The ceramic molding process is a production method which guarantees the precision required and also gives a good surface finish using a high temperature method to better structure and shape parts.

The patterns that ceramic mold uses are plaster plastic wood metal rubber etc the pattern is the shape body of the desired part. Permanent mold plasters that are made of plastic wood plaster rubber or metal are used as part of the ceramic mold casting process. The first step of the ceramic mold casting process is to pour the ceramic slurry over the mold. In both types of extrusion the raw material must be plasticized to allow and induce the flow of the material in the process.

The manufacturing process of ceramic mold casting is like the process of plaster mold casting but can cast materials at much higher temperatures. The pores in the mold create a capillary pressure because of this the water in the slip is absorbed by the mold.

Ceramic mold casting is a process that is similar to plaster mold casting. Slip casting method is used to produce complex shapes. Complex technical ceramic parts are commonly formed using either the injection moulding process or hot wax moulding both rely on heat sensitive plasticizers to allow material flow into a die. This process also gives a low grade of toleration.
